For 75 years, Le Centre d'art has been revealing the work of many renowned Haitian artists, from Hector Hyppolite to Edouard Duval Carrié, and raising the profile of Haitian art on the national and international scene. As a training center, a space for collective practice of the plastic arts, a gallery and a promoter of the arts, it has become a reference point for several generations of artists, collectors and art lovers.
Destroyed by the 2010 earthquake, Le Centre d’art was reborn in 2014 thanks to the creative energy of its team, numerous artists and patrons. Today, we want to breathe new life into Le Centre d’art and give it a site that matches its ambitions: the Maison Ethéard-Larsen.
Recognized as a public utility since 1947, Le Centre d’art must be self-financing and appeal to friends and patrons. There are many ways to support Le Centre d’art, with numerous benefits in recognition of your generosity:
